This is Part One of a two-part series. In this session, we'll cover how to hold your team accountable to the requirements, expectations, and outcomes of your organisation — being ruthless with standards, yet gracious with people, and what that looks like in practice.

Part Two, "Having Difficult Conversations," will run on Wednesday 4 November 2026, and covers what to do when expectations aren't met. We recommend attending both sessions for the full programme, though you're welcome to join either on its own.
